About Us

Fann Environmental, LLC (FE) is an Arizona based Design Build company providing construction,
engineering, construction management, consulting services, system operations, and design. Our
services include master planning, regulatory permitting, operation, maintenance, design, and
construction of water and wastewater booster/lift stations, treatment plants, and water
production/distribution facilities. FE provides constructability and plan reviews, value engineering,
and cost saving suggestions to professional design firms and facility owners.

FE's management and administrative team bring an experienced and diverse background to any
project. We have expertise in all facets of Design Build and facility construction. Our depth of
experience in subcontract/subcontractor management allows FE to maintain project schedules
and budgets.

FE has proven experience in Design Build, CM@R, and other forms of alternative project delivery.
The FE professional staff includes an engineer, construction managers, superintendents, and
construction tradespeople.

FE has developed what it calls the Total Team Approach to integrate all involved in a project into
a cohesive and unified team. The cornerstone of the Total Team Approach is open and honest
communication, which builds a relationship of trust and understanding. The Total Team Approach
