City of Prescott Cliff Rose Sewer Lift Station

Scope of Work: FE served as the general contractor for this project which included the reconstruction and upgrade of the existing sewer lift station, adding a new wet well, valve vault, new backup power, controls and telemetry. It also included the installation of approximately 2,345 feet of new 6-inch HDPE sewer force main from the new lift station crossing Granite Creek to the Sundog Wastewater Treatment Plant upstream. It included the erection of a masonry wall surrounding the lift station and reseeding and restoration of the area disturbed in the Watson Lake Riparian Preserve.

Del Rio Lift Station

Scope of Work: Fann Environmental provided all labor and materials needed to upgrade the well site located at the historic Del Rio Springs Ranch. This included obtaining all required permitting from ADEQ and ADWR, necessary engineering, removal of existing surface casing, installation of new casing and sanitary seal, installation of a small submersible pump, a pressure tank system and coordination with APS for the power at the well site.
Fann Environmental provided all the labor, materials and permitting to provide a turn-key operation which included a 2500-gallon sewer vault. All of which was necessary to provide water and sewer facilities to the construction trailer located on site.

Viewpoint Regional Lift Station

Scope of Work: Fann Environmental was a subcontractor to the general contractor building the Viewpoint subdivision in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This lift station included two submersible Flyght Pumps, a 30' deep wet well, backup generator, diffused aeration system, and valves and piping for the 2600 unit master-planned community. FE worked with the engineer following design to provide value-added facilities for operating and maintenance without additional costs.

City of Williams Lift Station and Storm Drain Cleaning
